i want to start by saying i am sorry you are here.

But you are, and I feel like that is a higher power connecting us in a time where you aren't sure where to go. You see in 2018, I walked your journey and I don't know how I came out on the other side. I lost my faith, my hope and my sanity. I felt like an empty shell just going through the motions. Our youngest son is an identical twin. We had to make two trips to Cincinnati and the second time had to have an emergent surgery on the placenta my boys shared. Two days later, Jacob had no heartbeat. I carried him alongside his brother for 13 more weeks. My water broke at 30 weeks and I got hospitalized. I had an emergent cesarean at 33 weeks when I delivered two boys. One breathing and one not. I planned a funeral and a NICU stay all in the same 24 hours. For years I questioned why, if I am being honest it still creeps into my mind. But the truth is, I am not sure why. But I do know HOW to honor Jacob through sessions. That's by gifting these to moms going through the unimaginable. The ones in the trenches that I too have traveled and escaped. I hope to be a glimmer of light, showing you that you can and will get through this. It's not going to be easy, it's unnatural to outlive our child(ren). Let me help you. You are not alone my friend.

Jacob’s Lullaby exists to honor the brief yet profound lives of babies born still and the families who love them. Created in memory of our son, Jacob, this service offers compassionate, dignified photography at no cost to families experiencing pregnancy or infant loss.


When availability allows, I gently document both wombside moments (celebrating love, anticipation, and connection) and earthside moments, (preserving the quiet beauty of a baby’s time here). My mission is to create timeless images that acknowledge every life, and validating your bond, all while offering families something tangible to hold onto when words fall short.
